Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you will be transferred to your hotel in Moshi for a briefing with your guide. You will check your gear and rest before starting your trek the next day.
Start the trek through dense rainforest with a steep climb to Umbwe Camp.
A steep ascent continues, passing through alpine moorland before arriving at Barranco Camp.
Climb the Barranco Wall and trek across the alpine desert to reach Barafu Camp.
The summit attempt starts at midnight, reaching Uhuru Peak at sunrise. After celebrating, descend to Mweka Camp for the night.
The final descent through the rainforest leads to Mweka Gate, where you will receive your summit certificate before heading back to Moshi.
